Public agent tools are read-only. They must not assume access to local scene files, private render logs, workstation actions, accounts, or payment data.

The public website, `/mcp`, `/agent-search`, and `/a2a` remain unauthenticated read-only surfaces. The separate `/agent-api` and `/agent-api/search` surfaces require real OAuth JWT bearer tokens from the site token endpoint. Agents can use `/agent/identity` for anonymous Auth.md registration, then exchange the signed identity assertion at `/oauth/token`. V-Raykally publishes pure OAuth 2.0 metadata, not OpenID Connect identity metadata, because the public site does not issue ID tokens or authenticate human users.
