Understand job statuses
Read the queue at a glance and know which status can be clicked.
1Read the five states
This sample queue contains one scene in each state. The status is different from the action available on its right.
- Pending
- Ready to be picked up when the queue runs.
- Running
- V-Ray is working; the chip displays the render percentage.
- Done
- The render has completed. “Render again” can put it back in the queue.
- Stopped
- The scene will not render until it is retried.
- Error
- The render failed. Open the status to inspect the error before retrying.
2Open the scene location
Click “Pending”, “Done” or “Stopped” to reveal the scene file, or its folder if the file is no longer present, in Explorer or Finder.
3Inspect an error
Click “Error” to open its analysis. Expand the technical details to read the V-Ray log. Fix the reported cause, then use “Retry” on the affected row.
